Well after more territories got filled up the plan was kind of to start something like you could PM me of wars (If you were on the map) for territory between clans and then based on who won, by how much, etc. I would make the adjustments. For other clans to get on the map they'd have to beat clans with territory and etc.

But that comes after atleast all of Russia is filled.

And AC-R won't get Alaska, it's really big so I figured I'd leave it as open territory. ^^ Making more edits xD.

I gave FDR alaska ^^
