Yoo hello ppl what s up everyone, nah its time my one piece collection to come back since i found new motivation to make new characters so lets start and feel free to discuss about the characters and of course i will make much more ones like zoro, robin and many more

NEW Balance Update

I changed a bit the image of my characters, means i decided to use my own style (font etc) and many characters got new skills.
Usopp and Smoker will be add soon along with nami
Jango added!! be patiente and nami will fallow along with smoker and usopp
Doflamingo is added, with hot new moves, not even naruto arena got such skills!

Note: Jango Hypnosis just can affect one target!!!!! and to both hypnosis skills, it cant be used on target already affected, so works a bit like shizune poison. If too strong i can add a random chakra to both hypnosis skills, but its on you to tell me this

@Ruffy:
Gomu Gomu no Pistol in 20 or 15 dmg and 1 green; without stun.
Gear Second: 10 dmg each round to himself; no stun when skill fades; i think this unavoidable part is a little bit to much (:P), so perhaps: the opponent isn't able to defend for the first 2 rounds and... the rest can stay as it is. (defence reduction is multiplied with each use!?)
Gomu Gomu no Gatling: 1 green 1 black; 30 dmg to all enemies over 2 rounds.

Just my opinion in this case. You don't have to like it or something. I only wanted to say what I thought about those skills. Btw everything like cooldown that i didn't mention would stay as it is now. (only wanted to say something to ruffy, but that doesn't mean i wouldn change the others too xD)

Sorry if I make you angry with this adojin. (and every fan of him) >_<

EDIT: I didn't look at the other characters before I wrote this.. (ops :3)
