I find it amusing that most of the people say that the main characters from Final Fantasies VII and up are their favorites.

These people, obviously, need to go back and play the originals. I find Cecil to be my favorite hero. He is a dynamic character who knows what the hell he's doing... Most of the time. >_>

The one thing I don't like about Cecil is that he never even tries to tie things up with his brother, Golbez, until it's too late. I felt that the only time he felt concerned for him was when he was fighting Zemus/Zeromus.

Off topic, but just a little fact I love to point out!

If FuSoYa's brother was Cecil's and Golbez's father, then that would make FuSoYa Cecil's and Golbez's uncle!

After playing FFX-2 for the... 4th time (the game is easy to just sit down and beat...<.<) I'm having more and more respect for Yuna.

Cloud and Vincent are emo bastards, but I still like them in some way. Cloud's his own master, and Vincent just likes sitting there moping.

I liked Tidus, but the way he was portrayed bastardized him. I saw artwork of him, and I saw a rugged, youthful adventurer. Not a crybaby.

I like Vaan because Captain Basch von Ronsenburg is awesome IMO. He's probably third in my favorites.

Wakka is my second favorite for some dumb reasons involving balls jokes that are true.

I'm not sure which is my favorite, but I'm cool with Terra, Celes, Cecil, Squall/Leon, and several others.

Since its hard to choose I'll name my favorites from the ones I've played.

Sabin from Final Fantasy VI or when its on my file Naruto

Auron from Final Fantasy X

Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII.

Steiner from Final Fantasy IX.

Fran from Final Fantasy XII.

Damn I need to go buy some more FF's

Is it me or just has nobody said anything about Reno?

Ok I will admit, he isn't much of a goodguy, but he tried to save Zack and Cloud in Crisis Core. So c'mon, he is Considered a good guy.

Plus he is sort alike me.
Lazy, laid back, and making sure people don't know how good he actually is or they would be expecting more outta him.

Well, he understands that living in a big dream (in this case the fantasyfied Ivalice) is not the right way to live. I would totally stay there if I was him but I am a dreamer so it's just natural. Plus, that game even has a freaking moral noticeable for everyone.
