#1 "Naruto Kurofuji" By CVajax Hey, this is my own fanfic I've made. It's a runoff story of Naruto Shippuuden, but in my own version. Please, read it and comment it. Please tell me what you think. Be honest! If it sucks, tell me! I hope you like it. Inspiration/Credit: http://forums.narutofan.com/showthread.php?t=106576 I used or will use some of those ideas too. And, obviously, the Shippuuden Manga. Prologue: The story takes place 2 and a half years after Naruto Shippuuden. The Konaha 11 are around 18 years old, and the Leaf Village is in war, allied with the Sand. Konahamaru and the others are about Naruto's age when "Naruto" started. #2 Chapter 1 It’s a normal day in Konaha. It’s around 9 o’clock, with a slight breeze in the air, and a few clouds in the sky. Naruto is just getting up, yawning. He stayed lying in his bed, looking into space. Something didn’t seem right him. Tsunade looked out the window of the Hokage’s office. “Sigh…Shizune, get Sakura Haruno and Naruto Uzumaki here.” A few minutes later, Naruto and Sakura appeared before her. Naruto looked a lot more older. He wore the normal blue pants of a ninja, and an orange blue work out shirt. He also had armor on, which made him look more like an ANBU Black Op then a genin. And of course, on him was the first’s necklace. Tsunade looked at it and almost smiled. “Naruto, Sakura, I need you to deliver these documents to the Sand Village. Make sure it goes to the Kazekage himself.” She sighed. “This is an S ranked mission. Inside our the documents for our next attack, to hopefully end this war. I’m assigning an ANBU Black Op to escort you. Be ready in 2 hours.” “Gee, kind of a hard mission for a genin, huh?” Naruto said sarcastically. Tsunade rolled her eyes. “Get going.” Sakura left to prepare, while Naruto stayed where he was. “Tsunade, I was thinking…I’d like permission to leave the village for a while.” Tsunade stared blankly. After a long pause, she said, “Spying on Sasuke?” Naruto said nothing, but just looked at the ground. Tsunade did a half smile. “Naruto, Jiraiya did the same thing when Orochimaru left. After a few years in the village, he left, either to spy on women or Orochimaru. But Naruto, we need you here, in the village, no matter what other people say or what your rank is.” Naruto seemed untouched. “You know, I came down here at first to tell you I’m leaving, but I respected your decision, as Hokage.” Naruto paused for a second. “Whatever. I’ll finish this mission.” And with that, he left. Tsunade is left there thinking. “Where did the old Naruto go?” she asked herself. “Where’s the kid who’s always smiling, the next Hokage?” She thought for a while. “Maybe Gaara will cheer him up. I should also appoint him to Jounin, he hasn’t had the time to go up in his rank…” Down in the town, Naruto is walking to the main gate, when he literally runs into Konahamaru. “Sorry little buddy”, said Naruto as he lifts him up. “Boss, I’m not that little anymore”, says Konahamaru. “I did pass the Chunin Exams.” Naruto laughed. “That’s great bud, but your rank is not what describes your strength, it’s your willingness to never give up, and to always move on”. “Psh, your just saying that ‘cause I outrank you.” “Why, you jerk!!!” Naruto yells as he hits Konahamaru in the face, knocking him a good 200 feet. At the main gate, Sakura and Naruto meet with their ANBU aid. “Alright, we should get going. We’ll be in the Sand Village by tomorrow.” Sakura and Naruto smile, knowing that Neji is under that mask. The group takes off. *I will put player biographies each chapter of the ninja in that chapter. Naruto: Genin, Almost considered sannin. He has Wind Style and Water Style techniques. Summons toads, and has new rasengan techniques Sakura: Jounin. Almost considered sannin. Her medical skills have greatly improved. She now can summon slugs, and has Earth Style techniques. Tsunade: Last sannin. She is still hokage, still wants to appoint Naruto one day. Regeneration technique still slowly killing her.

#3 Chapter 2 Naruto awoke with a kunai in his hand. He stood up immediately, looking around. “You were supposed to be on watch”, said Neji. Naruto grinned. "Sorry Ne- ANBU Black op, sir”, Naruto corrected. “I’ve checked the area, no one is on our tail. It’s ok if you call me Neji.” Naruto smiled. Suddenly a figure came behind Naruto. His eyes widened. “Naruto, you idiot!” Sakura yelled, punching him in the head. Naruto was fine, he was almost getting used to Sakura’s punches. “You are so loud in the morning! God!” said Sakura. Naruto had been tired, they were traveling by night to not attract enemies. “Well, seeing how were all awake, we might as well continue”, said Neji. As the team moved on, 3 figures in the distance watched. “Lord, they are approaching the gate to the Sand Village soon. We should strike them down now,” said the first voice. “Alright…let’s have some fun,” said the second, licking his lips. Neji suddenly stopped. “Byakugan!” he said, activating his eyes. “Neji, is someone following us?” Naruto asked. “Naruto, behind you!” Neji cried. Naruto jumped out of the way just before kunai knives hit where he was standing. The ninja ran, but was not match for an ANBU Black Op. “2 palm! 4 palm!....Eight Trigram 64 palm!” The ninja hit the floor. As he rolled over, they saw he had a Sound Village headband. “My my, what an admirably strong team we’ve got here,” said a voice. Sakura stopped dead. “It can’t…it can’t be him…” But it was. Orochimaru stood before them. “Well yes…and no,” he said. He undid the chakra mask on his face. A disgusting, half man, half snake creature was there. “Ew…wait a second…could that be Kabuto?” Naruto said. “Oh god, it is!” exclaimed Sakura. “What happened to you?” Kabuto did a creepy smile. “Oh, nothing. Orochimaru’s body is just…still taking over. Slowly, it spreads across my body, soon almost controlling it,” Kabuto explained. Sakura suddenly appeared behind him, punching him. Hard. Kabuto flew through the ground.*Poof!* “It was a clone!” Sakura realized. The other sound ninja joined in the battle, too. “Fire Style: Fire Blast Jutsu!” the sound ninja yelled, up in a tree. The team jumped and dodged it. Neji was still in the air, and kicked the ninja to the ground, at the exact spot of Naruto’s palm. “Rasengan!” yelled Naruto, no longer needing a clone to do the rasengan. The sound ninja went flying. Kabuto watched, smiling even bigger. “Naruto Uzumaki, you’ve grown much stronger,” said Kabuto. “We all have,” said Sakura. “Allow me to demonstrate. Earth Style: Head Hunter Burial Jutsu!” The ground before Kabuto collapsed, and Kabuto fell down at least 50 feet in what seemed like a giant pitfall. “Your right. You’ve all grown stronger But I can still beat you, easily!” Kabuto yelled. “Summoning Jutsu!” A giant snake appeared, lifting him out of the hole. “Naruto,” Neji said. “Those documents are extremely important. Hurry and give them to Gaara-san. I can hold him off, but bring back-up just in case.” Naruto nodded. He and Sakura ran. “Byakugan!” said Neji. He and Kabuto squared off… Kabuto: Taken over as leader of Sound Village. Orochimaru has taken over 60% of his body, and he's ugly Neji: Strongest Hyuga. ANBU Blck Op. Struggling to be the leader of the clan.

#4 Comment People! Chapter 3 Once they were far away enough from the battle, they stopped. “Summoning Jutsu!” Naruto summoned three large toads,one of them looking very familiar. “Ganacun, go back to Konaha and get help. Gamamito, go to the Sand Village as fast as you can for more help.” Naruto knew those two were the fastest toads in the kingdom. “And Gamakichi, help Neji” “Yes boss,” replied Ganacun and Gamamito. “Whatever,” said Gamakichi. The toads took off. “Sakura, lets get going.” said Naruto. When the two made it to the Sand Village, it was late in the evening. They went into the Kazekage’s office. “Gaara! These documents are extremely important. They’re for the end of the war. Tsunade gave them to me.” Gaara looked blankly. Then he said, “Good. I’ve been waiting for this damn war to end. I hate sending our ninja across the lands.” Naruto smiled. During the past missions he and Gaara went on together, Gaara had changed. He became a better and nicer leader. The Leaf Village and the Sand Village had never been closer. “I’ve heard the Mist Village lost their latest battle,” said Sakura. “Yes they have. I do feel sorry for the Mist, they’ve been our alliesthis whole war. But really, the Lightning Village, the Stone Village, the Sound Village, and what’s left of the Rain Village? This has been a long and difficult war, and I’d like to put an end to it as soon as possible,” Gaara explained. Naruto then did a double take. “Neji! What has happened to him?!” Gaara frowned. “We met up with your villages, ANBU squads just in time. Neji was badly injured, but with Tsunade I’m sure he’ll be fine.” Naruto and Sakura sighed with relief. “Unfortunately, Kabuto managed to escape,” said Gaara. “Crap. I want him dead, he’s strong. And Creepy,” said Sakura. After a night’s sleep, they prepared to take off. “I’ll see you at the Council of War, Naruto,” said Gaara. “Yeah, ok. See y- Hey! It’s Shikamaru!” exclaimed Naruto. Shikamaru turned around, seeming like he was looking for someone. “Uh…*yawn*…hey guys,” said Shikamaru. Gaara laughed. “My sister’s at her house right now.” “Who said I was looking for her?” argued Shikamaru, smoking a cigarette. “Now if you don’t mind, I’m going to…do…something,” he said. And with that, he took off sprinting. “Neji is fine, but was very close to dying,” reported Tsunade. “Anyways, good job team.” Tsunade then stood up. “Naruto, I’m officially appointing you too Jounin. You need to be a Jounin to go on the Council. And I know you’d pass those exams too easy. I could appoint you to ANBU if you’d like, but for now, just relax, maybe get your own team“ -just then the door flew open. “Tsunade!” yelled a village Chunin. “Kakashi has just entered the village. He’s…he’s hurt badly,” said the ninja. Tsunade got up immediately. “Let’s go,” she said. Gaara: Still Kazekage. Noted to be a better leader. He has the same Sand Techniques, and has the Shukaku still inside of him, although he doesn't use it Kakashi Still Jounin. He left the village to look for Tobi, hasn't returned for 2 years. 4th Great Ninja War Leaf, Sand, and Mist vs Lightning, Stone, Sound, and Rain

#5 Seriously! Comment! Chapter 4 When Tsunade, Naruto, and Sakura made it to the hospital, they were astonished. Kakashi’s clothes were ripped. His headband was missing, and his whole body looked strsined. “Tsunade,” panted Kakashi. “We…we have a problem.” What happened to you, Kakashi-sensei?” asked Naruto. Kakashi’s eyes started to fall. “Ugh…” he cried in pain. Suddenly his eyes changed. It was the Mangekyo Sharingan! The room slowly went away, and they were suddenly in a black field with a red sky. “Tsukiyomi,” said Tsunade, naming the jutsu. Naruto, Sakura and Tsunade were the only ones in the genjutsu. “Hey guys. I only wanted you three to hear this, and I can’t hold this jtsu for much longer. In the real world, this’ll go by in less than half a second.,” started Kakashi. “Anyways, I have some horrible news. Tobi is still alive, and he’s planning an invasion on Konaha,” said Kakashi. “Attack us?” said Sakura “Why would Tobi want that?” Kakashi sighed. “I don’t know. But I don’t think it’s because of a grudge on this village. I think he’s after something. I’d guess he’s after the nine-tailed fox.” Naruto gulped. But Kakashi wasn’t finished. “I have some perhaps even more disturbing news. The identity of Tobi…he’s Obito.” Tsunade stared. “However, he keeps insisting he’s Madara Uchiha. I don’t know how it’s possible but…Obito…he’s not like this. Tobi might have Obito’s body, but he is not Obito himself,” Kakashi continued. “He’ll be meeting with the enemy leaders at the Amagraro Temple in the Hidden Village of Grass. The Grass Village, has remained neutral, but they have let us use their land as military bases.” Tsunade sighed. “Just when I thought it was my turn for a surprise attack…but a counter attack is just fine too.” Kakashi suddenly dropped to the ground, coughing. “Ugh…I can’t hold this much longer. Their mmeeting is in a few days. And Naruto…” Kakashi said. Naruto looked at him questionably. “Be careful.” As he said that, the jutsu was lifted. They were back in the hospital, Kakashi unconscious. This is so complicated,” complained Tsunade, back in her office with the others. Tsunade sighed. “I’m going to need a squad of ANBU, maybe two…” Naruto interrupted. “I’d like to go too, Granny Tsunade.” “Naruto, it might be too dangerous, especially for you…” replied Tsunade. “But I can beat Tobi, I know I can”. Tsunade looked at Naruto, with his fierce look and the First’s necklace. “Fine. Three ANBU’s will accompany you. Kiba, Yanato…and Shikamaru, our newest ANBU Black Op. Neji is still recovering, so Hinata will come. Her Byakugan is vital to check out the area. Sakura, you should stay here, and work on Kakashi.” Sakura nodded. “As for me,” Tsunade continued, “I’ll be preparing a defense for the village. Most of the ANBU are out on missions, so I’ll have to use Jounin and Chuunin. Naruto…your team will be departing tomorrow night. Try not to get attention form anyone. Understand?” Naruto just stared. “My…my team?” Naruto asked. “Yes, you’ve heard the information from Kakashi himself. You’ll lead the mission.” Naruto jumped in the air. “My own mission, my own miss-“ “Would you shut up!” yelled Tsunade. “Now, this mission is solely to get information about the invasion. But if it comes down to fighting, be sure to take down Tobi. Your dismissed” Naruto and Sakura left. “…I’ve got a bad feeling about this…” Tsunade thought. Naruto met up with his group at the village gates. Naruto stood there laughing as Akamaru started licking the little children next to him. “Akamaru, you idiot! You’re supposed to be ferocious!” shouted an ANBU. “Gee, I wonder which one is Kiba…” thought Naruto. Akamaru now had a huge scar on his face, making him look even more fierce. Kiba had long hair, and wore all the ANBU equipment. Shikamaru, stood next to Kiba, taking off his mask to have a smoke. Yamato stood next to Naruto, looking at the moon. “I-I’m here,” said Hinata, arriving to the gate. She wore her hair long, and had the traditional Hyuga robes on. Her voice still quivered, but she sounded a lot more confident. “Alright! Here we go!” shouted Naruto, taking off. Kiba/Akamaru: ANBU Black Op. His nose and tracking skills are amazing. More man-beast techniques, and has Earth Style Elemental Chakra Shikamaru: Newly appointed ANBU Black Op. Has Wind Elemental Chakra, smokes sometimes. More Shadow Techniques Hinata: Slowly gaining confidence. Water-Syle Elemental Chakra, and has better Gentle Fist. Smarter Yamato: Pretty much same from before. Has better wood techniques, and Is letting the younger generation take over

#12 uh....i...might of...voted for that... and u can go ahead and post. itll just be harder tho when u have to look for the new chapter, so ill reserve some posts. Chapter 5 Naruto continuasly struck his kunai against the wall of the cave. They had been hiding in a cave Kiba had found (and made a little bigger, with his Pummeling Fang Jutsu) for three days. Yamato couldn’t use his wood cabin jutsu, because it attracted to much attention. Kiba and Yamato switched off searching the area for scents of Tobi and the others, and Hinata searched once in a while with her Byakugan. Naruto spent his time with Shikamaru, playing Shougi fifty times during the last three days. The score was 49 to 1, Shikamaru with 49 wins. The time Naruto did win was when Shikamaru fell asleep for a nap. “Damn it! When the heck are they coming?” shouted Naruto. “You idiot! Keep it down!” shouted Kiba. Yamato teleported behind Naruto, making the scary face. “They’re coming. Right now,” announced Yamato. Hinata activated her Byakugan. “They are about…5000 meters from the temple,” she reported. “Alright. We should get in clone jutsus, so if they find us, we won’t be killed. Next-“ started Yamato. “Excuse me!” interrupted Naruto. “I happen to be the leader here.” “Of course, I’m sorry, Naruto” said Yamato. “Good. Ok team, so we get into clone jutsus…”started Naruto. “So glad you could make it, Raikage-san, and you too, Tsuchikage-san,” sid Tobi. He was dressed in a black coat. However, the mask was still the same. “And of course, Kabuto, and you too, Ryu Katano. Congratulations on taking over the Rain Village. Now, I’m sure you know why we’re all here. We are to plan our invasion of the Leaf. With them out of the way, the war will be ours.” Naruto gulped from the statue he was disguised as. Yamato wasdisguuised as Ryu Katato, who they took out before the meeting started. Shikamaru, Kiba, and Hinata were outside finishing him up. They were in a decently large temple, and the four enemy leaders were there, each with two body guards, no doubt there best ANBUs. “I would like to see their pathetic village burned to crisp. But I need you to know a few things. We need to keep Naruto Uzumaki, the fox-boy, alive.” Naruto’s blood ran cold. “And why would we want to do that?” interrupted Kabuto. ”He’s dangerous, and I have a personal grudge on him. I’d like to see him dead.” “The Nine-tailed Fox is one of the most feared demons out there. But I have a way of controlling it. For that to happen, I need Naruto Uzumaki alive,” said Tobi. “I’m sure you’ve heard of him. He causes quite a scene on the battlefield. And he was able to kill two of my former Akatsuki members, Kakuzu and Itachi Uchiha-“ There was suddenly a loud, muffled voice in the distance, with a loud thumping noise. Tobi laughed. “Heh heh…that would be my prisoner…Sasuke Uchiha.” Tobi: Last Akatsuki Left. Unknown what he has been doing this whole time

#13 Chapter 6 Naruto nearly lost it in the statue. “Sasuke?...captured?” he thought. “That can’t be possible. Sasuke is like the next Madara Uchiha!” However Naruto kept paying attention, because Tobi started talking again. “The invasion will start in 2 weeks from this exact day, and I want you to bring your hatred into battle. Tsuchikage-san! The Leaf ninjas went into your territory. Yes, they were trying to kill Zetsu and Konan, my other Akatsuki members, but they crossed into your territory. They did kill them, but they “accidently” killed some of your ninja too. And you, Raikage-san. Your village, Hiiden Village in Lightning, is close allies with the Stone! Do not break your bonds! Kabuto, use your ‘personal grudges’ in battle. And Ryu…tell your people to fight ‘cause you told them too!” The temple roared with laughter. Yamato was very convincing. “Heh heh…alright men. Two weeks from now, at the break of dawn, the invasion begins. Good luck!” finished Tobi. After the ninja had cleared, Yamato ran to regroup with the others. Naruto however, did not. He looked around in the temple, opening doors. He finally found Sauke, in a small door at the end of the temple. “Sasuke…” He was tied up and chained to the wall. His hair was longer, and he had two scars on his face. He wore Uchiha robes, and next to him was his sword. He looked beat up, and out of chakra. “You…get away from here! Leave!!” yelled Sasuke. “No Sasuke. I’m here to release you.” As he released the chains, Sasuke panted. “Yu…killed Itachi,” said Sasuke.”Yes I did. But I could never have…I…I never meant to hurt you. Me, Kakashi, and Shikamaru found him…” Naruto flashes back to 1 and a half years ago, to the fight. “Lightning Blade!” shouted Kakashi. Itachi jumped to the air, dodging it. Naruto was in the air, his shadow clones kicking Itachi hard to the ground. Itachi looked up in the air, at Naruto, who was vulnerable. He started casting signs for a fire ball jutsu. “Crap,” said Shikamaru. “Shadow Ball Scythe Jutsu!” A giant shadow ball came hurling at Itachi, this oe a lot faster and going longer than the shadow possession. Itachi rolled over, dodging it, but the ball burst. Itachi was trapped. Itachi, having no other choice, awakened the Mangekyo sharingan. Just as he was about to do theTsukiyomi jutsu, Kakashi stepped in front of him, performing the same jutsu. Then at an instant, many things happened. The jutsus seemed to cancel out! Itachi stared his eyes returning to normal. The shadow possession jutsu was broken by Shikamaru, as Naruto came running with three shadow clones. Wind Style: Rasenshuriken!” shouted Naruto. Naruto’s present voice comes running in. “I just caught him off guard, that’s all. He was a lot stronger then me if it had been one on one…” Sasuke stared at him. “’Tobi’ had tricked me. He’s a dirty piece of garbage, and he’s second on my ‘to-do list.’ But I see the truth now…Naruto Uzumaki. I don’t care about your feeble excuses. I swear to kill you. And I WILL kill you.” And in the blink of an eye, Sasuke was gone. Naruto ran outside. “Come on, Naruto. We’ve found Tobi!” said Shikamaru. They ran as fast as they could. “There they are,” said Shikamaru. They went to the bushes as quietly as they could. Tobi was walking, alone. “Naruto, I told Kiba not to go after him…” said Hinata. Naruto ignored, and took out his kunai. “Naruto?” asked Shikamaru. Naruto was enraged “You imprisoned Sasuke…and you hurt my sensei,” Naruto said out loud. “Naruto, no!” whispered Yamato. “He can’t know it’s us!” Suddenly a lightning bolt rushed towards Naruto. “Lightning Style: Lightning Bolt Jutsu!” shouted Tobi. “Whoever’s there is dead!” Naruto couldn’t do a thing. His body didn’t react fast enough. He could only watch as the bolt came closer and closer…Hinata suddenly came out of nowhere, jumping in front of it. “Hinata! NO!” Sasuke: Missing Ninja. It is unknown what he's been doing, but it is known he has left the Sound.
