#9 Thats is so beast!!!!! 10/10 edit: it really isnt overpowered, it is very balanced. Sakura can stun with no cooldown, ino, etc. SO why cant asuma, i think it is very balanced .:: Funny ass sig made by Shadaw::.

#12 Air Blow and Flying Swallow is very easy to pull off and the chakra cost for it is low making him overpowered. P.S.
