As the title suggests, comments and criticism only. User rules are forbidden on boards, so this is a warning to all of you who are here to plain rate & increase your post count - you will be ignored. Not that that should bother you all that much. Just saying that here so it is said. Second, obviously, all Naruto-Boards rules apply, and I am aware that this applies for every topic on this forum, but I am adding this here to remind you all. No ripping pictures. Interesting character. I like how all her skills balance out and she doesn't seem OP and doesn't seem shit at the same time

so UP.
i like the concept but the character doing anything AT ALL in-game depends almost solely on other characters, while also bringing down the team through her last skill.
i get the whole insta-kill detail as well but with the amount of spikers in-game, there really is very little chance of the insta successfully coming off before ino gets killed off (specially as it can be countered/reflected)

The low cost makes up for that, I think? An instant-kill for one specific and one random can be considered overpowered, in a way. Also, spikers in-game don't really do squat in a decent enough team. Place her with somebody with decent counters / reflects or an AoE stun (simply position the AoE stun before the Mind Invasion so it doesn't screw it over) and you have yourself an instant kill / easy 50-instant kill. This is indeed a character that depends much on her teammates, but all of her skills are invisible, which makes her reliable in 1 on 1 as well, somewhat. Play her against a counter and just follow the enemy's counters / by default, play around counter.. I don't think she is too bad in teams that can protect her well enough..

I really like how you did with your skills.
Not having a invulnerable skill, you make her balanced with "COF".
She should work well with counter/reflect heroes.
But it should be with less damage reduction. I think 20 is so much.
Also, I think the second skill should be 3 cooldowns.

You didn't ask for rates but Imma give you an 8.
